We are looking for an experienced Road Sweeper Driver to join our team at Widdington Recycling Ltd.
Duties include:
- Operating a Class 2 Road Sweeper in a safe, professional, and compliant manner.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects in line with company and DVSA requirements.
- Changing the brushes and being mindful of any maintenance required on the vehicle, and reporting it accordingly.
- Communicating with customers on site in a polite and courteous way.
- Working on construction sites, highways, and private premises, adhering to site rules, and H&S procedures.
- Maintaining good communication with the transport office.
- Representing the company professionally when dealing with customers and the public.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
